– MODIFICATION OF TERMINAL SCREWS IN 125A RATED DEVICES
Dear Partners and Friends,
Following a continues improvement process we will modify from production week 4 (product code A04) the terminal screws of CEE 125A industrial plugs, sockets, connectors and inlets of all ratings and configurations. The modification applies to L1, L2, L3, N and PE terminal screws, and changes the 2x M10 slotted setscrew to a 2x M10 allen setscrew (imbus / hex), as visualized below:
The modification is driven by following technical and customer experience improvements:
– an optimized torque control,
– higher spreading of appropriate assembly tools (allen key no 5),
– easier handling and torque application by the user.
The electrical performance and quality of the product is not being affected. Item codes remain unchanged. Please inform your key end users accordingly to avoid misunderstandings.
